HUNTER DAYMOND
FOUNDER / RECRUITING ADVISOR
Daymond is the founder of GameTime Baseball Recruiting and brings firsthand experience across every major level of college baseball, along with professional playing and coaching experience. His unique background allows him to guide families through the recruiting process with honesty, clarity, and real-world understanding. Hunter completed his collegiate baseball career at Division I Siena College in New York, where he continued his development as a player while earning a graduate degree in Strategic Management. Competing at the Division I level provided him with direct insight into how high-level programs evaluate talent, manage recruiting boards, and make scholarship decisions. Prior to Siena, Hunter played three seasons of Division II baseball at Bemidji State University, where he earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). His time at the Division II level further strengthened his understanding of player development, roster construction, and the recruiting process across multiple NCAA levels. Before beginning his NCAA career, Hunter competed at the junior college level at Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin. That experience gave him early exposure to the JUCO recruiting landscape and a firsthand understanding of the important role junior college plays in athlete development and opportunity creation. Following his collegiate career, Hunter went on to play independent professional baseball with the Alpine Cowboys, expanding his perspective on competition, development, and advancement beyond college baseball. In addition to his playing career, Hunter has over three years of experience coaching club baseball, working closely with athletes and families on development, exposure, and recruiting strategy. Through coaching, he saw firsthand how many talented players were overlooked—not due to ability, but because they lacked proper guidance and advocacy. That realization ultimately led to the creation of GameTime Baseball Recruiting. Hunter combines his experience as a Division I, Division II, junior college, and professional player, along with his business education and coaching background, to help athletes earn real college baseball opportunities. His approach is hands-on, transparent, and results-driven, with a strong focus on direct coach advocacy and clear recruiting strategy.

The success continued in 2012 with a .324 team batting average and top-10 national rankings in slugging percentage and home runs per game. In 2013, Coach Ponsolle became the Head Baseball Coach at Roseville Area High School in Minnesota. His teams consistently ranked among the top offensive programs in Class AAAA, and he continued to establish himself as one of the region’s most trusted recruiters and developers of talent. At GameTime Baseball Recruiting, Coach Ponsolle serves as a Senior Recruiting Advisor, bringing unmatched experience, credibility, and a proven placement record from JUCO to Division I. His ability to evaluate talent, advocate for athletes, and guide families through the recruiting process plays a critical role in delivering real results for the athletes we serve.
