GameTime Baseball Recruiting was formed for one simple reason: too many families were being promised results that never came.

We saw talented athletes put their trust—and their money—into recruiting services that relied on passive exposure, mass emails, and empty guarantees. Players were told to “wait,” “be patient,” or “trust the process,” while months passed with no real conversations, no feedback from coaches, and no offers. That failure in the system is what led to the creation of GameTime Baseball.

We built this company to be the opposite of that experience.

How We Were Formed

GameTime Baseball Recruiting was founded after witnessing firsthand how often recruiting platforms and mass services fall short. Families were paying thousands of dollars for profiles, automated outreach, and promises of visibility—yet their athletes remained overlooked.

We believed there had to be a better way.
